Violet Bruecker

Violet Marie Brueckner went home to be with the Lord on October 13, 2015. Violet was born in Hay Springs, Nebraska to Herbert and Mabel Petersen. She was the fourth of nine children. Violet was married to Edward Allen Brueckner and they had four children together, Greg, Kathy, Debra, and Doug. Violet's passion was cooking, gardening, doll restoration, sewing, jewelry making and all kinds of crafts. She was very creative. Violet is survived by her children Kathy (Kirk) Nydahl, Debra (Rick) Lien and Doug (Colette); sisters Judy Schenck, Pattie (Jerry) Raymer; Brother, Ed (Rosemary) Petersen; grandchildren Melissa Madsen, Tracy Madsen, Jeff (Kayla) Lien, Michael (Jessica) Brueckner, Jena (Miles) Garwood, and Sarah (Jereme) Patterson, and 6 great grandchildren.
