Joan Bruns

Joan was received into heaven on December 7, 2014. Joan was born on May 5, 1953 to Fritz & Agnes Jordan Bruns of Chadron, Nebraska. She lived her later years at the Hemingford Community Care Center, where the residents and staff became her loving extended family and friends. Jo brought love and laughter to all she met. She was preceded in death by her father, mother, infant brother, and sister & brother-in-law Mary and Ron Manion. Survivors include her two brothers, Jack (Edna) Bruns and Jim (Carol) Bruns, along with 2 generations of nieces, nephews, and cousins. She will be remembered for her love of family and friends and her joy and laughter. A memorial has been established. Donations may be sent to Chamberlain Chapel, PO Box 970, Chadron, NE 69337
