Floyd Elwood Landreth Jr.

January 7, 1948 — May 27, 2024

Elwood Landreth passed away peacefully, May 27, 2024 at Pioneer Manor, Nursing Home and Haysprings, NE
Elwood was a rancher for half of his life. He loved horses and cattle, he broke and trained his horse, Babe. She was quite a challenge for him, but in the end he won. He was married to Sharon Hardin at that time. They had three children together. They later divorced and he married Pam Strawhorn. She had two children. He was pretty much a mechanic by that time. He could fix anything. He could have something torn apart all over the place, and then go back and put it together. Elwood and Pam divorced and he moved next to his parents and lived.
He loved to go sit on a hill and look at the trees and hills and sunsets and sunrises. He loved to fish and hunt. He could listen to Marty Robbins over and over, he loved westerns, especially John Wayne.
