Burial was held at the Crawford Cemetery. He passed away on September 24, 2015 at his home in Crawford, Nebraska. Doug was born September 10, 1948 in Salem, New Jersey to Walter and Doris Zilinski. He was in the Army as a military policeman from 1971-1973. He attended college for one year. �½�½He married Cynthia J. Ovens. Doug worked for DuPont Chemical Corporation as Instrumental Technician. Doug was a great father and grandfather. He was also one of the best husband's in the world. He worked hard and loved the outdoors. �½�½He is survived by his Daughers Lisa Ann Zilinski, Cynthis L. Zilinski; Father Walter Zilinski; Mother Doris Wilson; Brothers, Walt S. Zilinski, Ronald Zilinski; Uncles, Sam Pedrick, and Otis Pedrick; Grandson Dustin Zilinski-Rath, Jason Zilinski; Granddaughter Millisa Zilinski; 3 nephews and 2 nieces. �½�½The family suggests memorials to the American Heart and Cancer Foundation or the Crawford Fire & Rescue Unit.�½�½
