Carol Ann (Josephine) Palmer was born to Henry and Edna (Stahlecker) Beltcher in Burke, South Dakota on May 2, 1938. Carol passed away on September 3, 2022, at the Bennett County Hospital in Martin, SD.
Carol graduated Provo High School in Igloo, Sd. She married Garald (Beef) Palmer on August 24, 1957, and to this union they had six children: Tim, Patty, Susan, Sharla, Penny, and Tracee. When Carol wasn’t busy raising her six children you could find her in the kitchen baking and cooking, gardening, painting, sewing, or reading.
