Carol Ann (Parsons) Lulf, 84, of Scottsbluff, NE passed away February 8, 2025 at Monument Rehabilitation and Care Center in Scottsbluff.

Carol was born October 5, 1940, in Custer SD to Leslie M. and Verna Irene (Stanton) Parsons. She attended the Custer schools and graduated from Custer High School in 1959.

Carol married David Lulf on March 5, 1960. Born to this union were three children, Michael David, Linda Lea and Jeffrey Anton.

Carol loved to garden and to cook. She was an excellent cook and in later years worked as a cook at Prairie Pines Lodge in Chadron until her retirement.

Carol was proceeded in death by her husband David, parents Leslie and Verna Parsons, sister Donna Lee, brothers Everett, Arthur, Norman, James and Donald.

Carol is survived by sons Michael Lulf of Potter, NE, Jeffrey Lulf (Jean-Paul Cushing) of Bellevue, NE and daughter Linda Lulf of Scottsbluff, NE. She is also survived by her Grandchildren who held a special place in her heart; Jessica Lulf, Katie Lulf (Kenny Schumacher), Aaron (Mariah) Lulf, Dora Lulf and Noah Lulf as well as her Great-Grandchildren Jayven Schumacher and Bentley Lulf. Carol is also survived by her sisters Dorothy Pennel of Sidney, NE; Ethel Osmotherly of Crawford, NE and Sandy Osmotherly of Oerlichs, sisters-in-law Shirley Parsons of Custer, SD; Janice Parsons of Fargo, ND and Linda Parsons of Tulsa, OK as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
